Terms and conditions

 

1. Private bookings are not secured until the deposit has been paid.

2. Once a deposit has been paid, if you wish to make changes, we will do our best to accommodate you, but this can not be guaranteed. 

3. If you wish to cancel, the deposit is non refundable. 

4. Payments are due 5 days before the private event. 

5. Once the balance has been paid, no further changes can be made to the event and no refunds can be given.

6. In the case of children’s parties, we can add a small number of additional guests on to the event up to the day of the party, but please give us as much notice as possible so we can make necessary arrangements .

7. For public workshops and events, once a ticket is purchased it is non refundable - you are free to pass it on or sell it to a friend if you are no longer able to attend. 

8. We may be able to transfer your ticket to another event/date but we must have at least 48 hours notice and this cannot be guaranteed.
